Thrifting find. Vintage Made In Italy Ceramic Monkey Pirate figural Vase. About 10.5” tall. Impressed “ITALY” on the base. There are some issues; most notably significant loss of blue glaze on the monkey’s pants. At first I thought the areas of glaze loss were meant to look like holes and wear on his pants, but it is indeed damage. There is also a small area of brown glaze loss on the base, as well as allover crazing in the glaze. Please see pictures for details and condition, and let me know if you have any questions.
